As a special promotion we are giving a free whitening treatment to you or anyone you would like to nominate, when you have recommended just 3 adult new patients!* We will contact you to arrange the whitening treatment once 3 new patients, that have been recommended by you, have been seen at the practice.
*Terms of offer: all referred patients must attend practice as a new patient and mention the name of the referrer when booking their appointment. A new patient examination is a full 30 minute appointment which includes an extensive examination and any relevant x-rays. New patient fee is £55.00. For legal reasons you must be 18 or over to receive whitening treatment.
